The traditional supply chain and procurement playbook is outdated. Chain Chain Change brings the strategy, negotiation, and data discipline to change it — for every client, every category, every year.
Chain Chain Change is built on a simple belief: the traditional supply chain and procurement playbook is outdated, and the companies willing to change it will win. The “chain” is your supply chain: sourcing, purchasing, supplier relationships, and logistics. The “change” is the value proposition we bring to our clients: sharper strategy, stronger negotiation, smarter use of data and AI, and the discipline to keep improving long after the first project ends. Chain, chain, change is the cycle we run for every client, every category, every year.
Chain Chain Change is built on more than 20 years of hands-on procurement, sourcing, and supply chain leadership across the food & beverage, agriculture, food service, cosmetics & beauty, pharmaceutical, consumer products, technology, transportation, and construction industries. That experience spans raw material acquisition through finished-product delivery, with particular depth in food & beverage commodities such as sweeteners, fruit and concentrates, packaging, and the volatile inputs that keep category managers up at night. We’ve led supply chain and sourcing projects on the ground in three continents: North America, Europe, and South America, and bring empirical sourcing knowledge of global markets, including North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
We’ve built and led sourcing teams, implemented formula-based pricing strategies, delivered significant savings and ROI, and guided companies through acquisition integration and harmonization across North American, European, and South American markets. We know what a rules-based, data-driven procurement function looks like, because we’ve built that infrastructure, from domestic supplier networks all the way back to origin-country growing regions.
Here’s the pattern we kept seeing at large firms: a senior partner sells the engagement and earns the client’s trust, then early-career associates are staffed on the work as consultants who bill more per hour than the experience they bring and who need the client’s team to spend hours getting them up to speed on a business they don’t know. The partner moves on to the next sale. The bold strategy in the deck often never gets fully implemented because no senior stays close enough to see it through.
Chain Chain Change is intentionally lean. We’re not a Big-5 or Top-10 firm with layers of overhead and junior consultants racking up billable hours “on the beach.” When you work with us, you work directly with senior-level expertise — no hand-offs, no learning curve, no army of analysts between you and the answer. We bring in specialized resource consultants only when a project calls for additional depth, so every engagement stays personal, focused, and accountable.
That’s the change we believe in: fewer layers, more expertise, and a relationship built on trust, not an org chart.
